1. Acceptance and scope

EV Charger Installers Hub is operated by Szántó Rajmond Barabás, 8800 Nagykanizsa, Sikátor utca 13., Hungary, contact: szantorajmond@gmail.com. By using EV Charger Installers Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

These Terms apply to website visitors, listed companies, company representatives, and anyone who submits, claims, corrects, or requests removal of a listing.

2. Directory purpose

EV Charger Installers Hub is an informational directory and publishing service intended to help users discover EV charger installation companies and learn about installation topics.

EV Charger Installers Hub does not itself install EV chargers, provide electrical contracting services, inspect installations, issue licences or certifications, or act as the contractor, broker, agent, employer, partner, or representative of a listed company.

3. No endorsement or professional advice

A listing, search position, country page, service category, link, or inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, warranty, or guarantee of a company.

Guides and directory content are general information only and are not electrical, engineering, legal, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

4. Listing sources and accuracy

Listings may be created from company submissions, public research, public company websites, administrator review, imports, corrections, and other legitimate business-information sources.

We aim to keep the directory useful but do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate, current, licensed, insured, certified, available, or suitable for a particular project.

Companies and users are encouraged to report inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or inappropriate information.

5. Choosing and hiring an installer

You are responsible for independently checking qualifications, electrical licences, insurance, certifications, references, reviews, warranties, permits, pricing, availability, charger compatibility, and local legal or safety requirements before hiring a company.

Any contract for installation or other services is between you and the installer. EV Charger Installers Hub is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the installer’s work, payment terms, delays, defects, injuries, property damage, warranties, or disputes.

6. Company submissions and authority

If you submit, claim, correct, or request removal of a company listing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have a legitimate basis to make the request.

Do not impersonate a company representative or submit contact details that you are not authorised to provide.

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, a particular ranking, continued inclusion, indexing by search engines, traffic, enquiries, or any commercial result.

7. Licence for submitted listing content

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. To the extent necessary to operate the directory, you grant EV Charger Installers Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, edit for style or clarity, display, and publish submitted listing content.

You may request correction or removal of listing content, subject to applicable law, legitimate administrative records, and information we are entitled to retain for legal, security, or dispute purposes.

8. Editorial control and listing removal

We may review, edit, reject, merge, hide, restrict, suspend, or remove listings where reasonably appropriate for quality control, duplication, inaccurate information, spam, abuse prevention, legal compliance, safety, intellectual-property concerns, or directory relevance.

We may request evidence of company affiliation or authority before making sensitive changes to a listing.

9. Ranking and search results

Directory order and search visibility may depend on database structure, filters, relevance, data quality, service area, editorial configuration, or technical factors. We do not guarantee any ranking or search-engine position.

Unless clearly disclosed otherwise, inclusion in the directory does not mean that a listed company has paid for endorsement or preferential treatment.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious, unlawful, or deceptive content; distribute malware; interfere with security; overload the service; bypass access controls; or misuse forms and contact details.

Automated access that imposes an unreasonable load, circumvents technical restrictions, harvests personal contact information, or republishes substantial parts of the directory without permission may be blocked or restricted to the extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property and database content

The website design, original text, selection and arrangement of directory content, software, branding, and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Factual information about companies may not itself be owned by us, but copying or extracting substantial parts of the directory, or repeatedly extracting content in a way that infringes applicable database or intellectual-property rights, is not permitted.

12. Third-party websites and services

Listings and guides may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, pricing, claims, products, services, terms, privacy practices, or cookies.

A link does not imply endorsement. You use third-party websites at your own discretion.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, directory, guides, forms, categories, search functions, or listings at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV Charger Installers Hub is not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, dealings with a listed company, third-party websites, service interruptions, loss of data, lost profits, indirect loss, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death, or personal injury where applicable.

16. Responsibility for submitted content

If you submit content or make a listing claim, you are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of what you provide and for ensuring that you do not infringe privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Where legally permitted, you are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful or knowingly false submission.

17. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies currently used by the website.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, business model, features, or legal requirements change. The current version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Governing rules and mandatory rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without excluding any mandatory consumer, data-protection, jurisdiction, or statutory rights that apply regardless of contractual choice. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
